Before you replace concrete in Pleasant Hill
Pleasant Hill requires a Driveway Approach Permit to remove any part of a street curb or to build, replace or remove a driveway approach. The driveway portion outside the public right-of-way and sidewalk area does not need this permit.
Under Pleasant Hill Code of Ordinances 139.09, the owner or controller of the land a driveway approach leads to must keep that approach, and any public sidewalk the approach crosses, safe and free of defects.
