Perry's online Zoning/Building Permit Application asks whether a project includes work in the right-of-way or on city property and, if so, points the applicant to a separate Right-of-Way Work Permit.
Perry Code Section 136.04 makes the abutting property owner responsible for keeping the public sidewalk between the property line and the curb safe and free of hazards.
