Concrete work in Osceola

Before you replace concrete in Osceola
Osceola requires a permit from the City to remove, rebuild or install a sidewalk, along with a written agreement that the work will follow city ordinances and requirements (Sec. 136.07).
Under Sec. 136.04, the abutting property owner is responsible for keeping the public sidewalk between the property line and the curb in safe, hazard-free condition.
Sec. 136.08 sets residential sidewalks at a minimum of 4 feet wide and 4 inches thick, in sections no longer than 4 feet, and at least 6 inches thick where they cross a driveway.
