Before you replace concrete in Pella
Pella Code of Ordinances 140.03 requires a City-issued driveway permit before building, rebuilding, altering or removing a driveway, and before grinding, cutting or rebuilding a curb.
Under Pella Code 136.02, if an abutting owner lets a sidewalk become defective as defined in 136.01, the City may send a certified-mail notice requiring repair, replacement or reconstruction within 90 days.
